The board measures approximately 16 inches long by 10 inches wide and sits at a comfortable half-inch thickness. It works beautifully for charcuterie meats and cheese, or as serving piece for appetizers and snacks. When not in use, the handy hole allows you to readily display your team pride. To care for your board, hand wash immediately after use with warm soapy water and dry promptly with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged soaking and dishwasher use. The wood portion of the charcuterie board is safe for cutting/chopping, periodically oil the acacia wood edges and underside with food-grade mineral oil to keep the wood nourished and prevent cracking. Avoid cutting/chopping on the epoxy resin portion of the charcuterie board as this will mark the epoxy resin surface.
